Professional Experience:

Richmond brings over 8 years of professional experience working with young people in many different capacities and has worked with some of the most aggressive and hostile young men in the state of Washington.  He spent the last four years therapeutically counseling boys and young men (ages 9-19) for Friends of Youth and Children’s Home Society of Washington.  Both were non-profit organizations that advocated for community success, education and self-sufficiency.  Mr. Hurd has worked with the Seattle, Kent, Bellevue and Renton School Districts and has been responsible for leading hundreds of young people to understanding their own problematic behaviors, correcting those behaviors and making better life choices that lead to success.

He enjoys writing, singing and producing soul-stirring music, reading self-help books and spending quality time with friends and family.
